Some people may be very good in study, because they remember what they have studied. However, the same people will face the little problems of forgetfulness. It may be forgetting where you put your keys, books, or anything like that. In fact they are not forgetfulness, but absentmindedness. Missing appointments may be another problem you face with regard to forgetfulness. You can easily get over it with a little organization and planning. You should note down the appointment in a book. Though you may think that you will remember it, it may be forgotten. So it is always safe to note down.
Tell yourself that you have to keep the appointment and meet the person at the allotted time. Try to understand how the appointment could be useful for you. The usefulness of it will make you more and more attentive. Imagine yourself meeting the person at the time allotted for you. Have confidence in your power to remember the date, time and place. Make use of pocket day timer. Check it every day. It is a very simple solution to the problem.
